Our Leadership Team
Bryce & Faith Raan
Welcome! We are Bryce and Faith Raan. As a retired military couple married for over 20 years, we have weathered seven moves and countless times of separation through deployments, all while serving in ministry since 2006.

Our story is one of valleys and mountaintops. We have navigated the pain of infertility and miscarriage, the chaos and joy of raising four energetic children, and the deep grief of losing our son, Titus, at 36 weeks. Through it all, and even while we still grieve, we clearly see God’s fingerprints on our lives. We have learned that marriage is a constant journey of sanctification where God shapes us through life's challenges. Our deepest passion is to share the Gospel message and see families restored in the love of God.
Brent & Emily Raan
Married for 15 years, we have served as missionaries for a decade in both India and Uganda. We are the parents of four children and remain deeply committed to local ministry.
Emily stays busy homeschooling their children, working with Dakota Hope Clinic, tutoring, and serving on the leadership team of a local homeschool co-op. Brent serves as an associate pastor, where he focuses on building discipleship groups designed to reproduce and transform the congregation, one group at a time.
We are passionate about encouraging marriages to persevere through the valleys of life. Our desire is to help couples see Christ in the midst of those challenges; finding strength in Him and in each other.
Brandon & Carrie Trondson
We've been married for over 20 years and have been actively serving in our local church and community our whole lives. Carrie serves as the Worship Director on staff at our home church leading worship and the worship teams we serve with- and homeschools our 4 children. Brandon runs a small production company working with various organizations around the state doing banquets, galas, concerts, and system design and installation- working more specifically with churches, helping them with all things tech.

We are passionate about worship and seeing the body of Christ come together as one no matter the denomination or tradition through what we do for a living along with community nights of worship, and serving other churches and ministries in various capacities.
